Update on redemption process

Dear Valued Customer,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you of an upcoming change to our redemption process at Manulife Investment Management, Malaysia (MIMMB). During the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent movement control order (MCO), we introduced email redemption requests to facilitate smoother transactions. However, as we are now out of the movement control order, we will be reverting to our usual redemption methods. Effective immediately, we will no longer be supporting email redemption requests. Instead, we kindly request that all redemptions be made by submitting physical redemption form or through Manulife iFUNDS via your respective financial advisors. There will be no changes to our MPC customer support services, which will continue to be available as usual.
