Migration of existing auto debit services ("Autopay") to a new platform called Direct Debit

Dear Unitholder,

In line with our continuous effort to serve you better, we are excited to inform you that we will be launching Regular Savings Plan (RSP) on our digital Platform – Manulife iFUNDS. This will allow you to set up a new RSP e-mandate online, view your existing RSP plans and make changes.

At the same time, we will be changing the existing auto debit services (“Autopay”) from our existing provider to a new platform called Direct Debit with a new “acquire bank”.  This will required Manulife Investment Management (M) Berhad to disclose customer personal information to the “acquire bank” as needed. All commercial arrangement such as fees and charges, payment instructions and its debiting account remain the same. Kindly note that you will receive successful registration notification from your bank.
