The Manager has also appointed HSBC (Malaysia) Trustee Berhad to undertake the valuation function for the Funds by way of a service level agreement. The service provider will perform the daily valuation and pricing for the Funds.

CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad 198801000556 (167913-M) is the Trustee for Manulife Shariah - Dana Ekuiti, Manulife Shariah PRS-Growth Fund, Manulife Shariah PRS-Moderate Fund, Manulife Shariah PRS-Conservative Fund, Manulife Shariah PRS-Global REIT Fund and Manulife Shariah PRS-Golden Asia Fund. CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad was incorporated on 19 January 1988 and registered as a trust company under the Trust Companies Act, 1949 and having its registered office at Level 13, Menara CIMB, Jalan Stesen Sentral 2, Kuala Lumpur Sentral 50470, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Trustee is qualified to act as a trustee for collective investment schemes approved under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007.

Maybank Trustees Berhad was incorporated on 12 April 1963 and registered as a Trust Company under the Trust Companies Act 1949 on 11 November 1963. It was one of the first local trust companies to provide trustee services with the objective of meeting the financial needs of both individual and corporate clients.

Maybank Trustees Berhad has acquired experience in the administration of unit trust funds / schemes since 1991.

Manulife Holdings Berhad ("MHB) 197501003360 (24851-H) is responsible for the functions relating to internal audit and corporate secretarial.

MHB is the holding company and provides certain shared services to its subsidiaries and related companies.

Manulife Insurance Berhad ("MIB") 200801013654 (814942-M) is responsible for the functions relating to human resource, finance - tax support, enterprise technology services (ETS), agency training activities and procurement activities.

MIB commenced operations in year 2008 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of MHB and also provides certain shared services to the other subsidiaries of MHB.

MDSI is responsible for providing back-office administrative support to the Manager.

The back-office administrative support that MDSI provides includes reconciliation, transaction processing, corporate actions processing and oversight, data management, security pricing and portfolio valuations, NAV validation, trade support and asset servicing.

MDSI was established in 2006 by Manulife Financial Corporation (Manulife Financial) as a shared services provider operating in Manila providing accounting, back-office and technical services to Manulife Financial subsidiaries worldwide.

The Manager has appointed KFIN as the registrar and transfer agent for the funds. KFIN has been offering registrar and transfer agency services in Malaysia since 2016, with its business address at Suite 6.2, Level 6, Menara IMC, No. 8, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur. As the appointed registrar and transfer agent, KFIN’s roles and duties include maintaining the register of unit holders, transaction processing and reconciliation, amongst other matters.

KFIN has sub-delegated some of the duties to its holding company, KFin Technologies Private Limited based in Hyderabad, India.
